There are back-order items in our store. We will confirm estimated shipping date after we receive an order.
If you do not receive the package in 3 weeks, please contact us immediately. We will check the shipping status and inform you later.
In rarely case, customs office may ask you to visit the office to receive packages. On this case, it is customers responsibility to fill all necessary documents in at the customs office. Please contact the customs office in your area prier to place an order at CloudNineTackle.jp.

We achieve our best to deliver packages as early as possible to you, however, it takes more than the days above to deliver the package because of custom clearance.
Defective or Wrong Item
If your item(s) that you received is(are) defective or wrong, please contact our Customer Service via Email within a week of the delivery. We will inform you how to get an exchange or refund.
a) Please do not send back the item(s) before receiving our notifice how you return the item(s).
b) Defective item(s) must be same condition as you received.
c) Wrong item(s) must be unused, salable and as new condition.
d) We are sorry even the item(s) is(are) defective or wrong, we do not accept the return if you contact us after a week of delivery.
We do not accept any return of item(s) except the item(s) is(are) defective or wrong.
